AKA the "Jewel of the Bakshevan Empire"

Once the greatest city in the world; capital of the Bakshevan Empire and ruled by a Parech. Destroyed according to the events of the Silver Spear of Gorimon by the blood of the White Kin, whose blood was spilled by the evil Parech, and which turned the land where it fell arid, occasioning the great Drought that reduced the Empire to the state it is in today.

Now to be found in the "wasteland" of Ch'Angagriel, and cause of the occasional discovery of magical artifacts as used by the Cups Handler as Karek tells April.
